Training evidence and comparison scope

Historical InclusionScore training materials document a cross-sector professional audience, but a named attendance roster has not been verified for publication. No competitor receives a check merely because its employees may have participated in InclusionScore training. Big $ Accounting is represented by the linked PwC advisory page. SHREK refers to the executive-search industry grouping; Korn Ferry is the example reviewed here, not a proxy for every firm in that grouping. DNV Europe is represented by linked DNV service pages, and HR Associations by SHRM credentials. Deloitte Canada is presented separately as an InclusionScore certification case. No unverified absence has been marked as Not available.

A three-standard architecture

One operating discipline. Three distinct methods.

ISO 30415 guides inclusion governance. ISO 30201 specifies HR management-system requirements. ISO/IEC 42001 provides the AI management-system reference. InclusionScore makes the interactions between people, services, controls, evidence, and outcomes measurable.

Institutional record

Pioneering certification in international HR standards.

The DISM Forum formed after the publication of ISO 30415 to make inclusion guidance applicable through training, assessment, and certification. InclusionScore / WSMI subsequently developed the DISM organizational method and professional pathway. Deloitte Canada's public certification announcement is a documented organizational milestone.

  1. May 2021ISO 30415:2021 published; the DISM Forum formed in the same period.
  2. 30 Oct 2025Deloitte Canada certificate of recognition dated, as shown in its announcement.
  3. June 2026ISO 30201:2026 published; WSMI extends the service architecture through HRSM.

This is a documented early certification program. A broader worldwide first-ever certification claim remains outside the public record used here. Exact DISM methodology and DIP launch dates require program records.
