Certification

Certify the professional. Certify the practice.

WSM distinguishes individual professional certification from organizational assessment, evidence validation, maturity review, readiness, assurance, and organizational certification pathways.

01

Professional certification

Professional pathways focus on training, competence, professional recognition, practitioner roles, audit capability, and advisor methodology. Publicly named pathways include ISO 30415 DEI Service Management Professional, Internal Auditor, and Lead Auditor where administered by InclusionScore.

02

Organizational certification

Organizational pathways focus on scope, assessment, evidence, validation, maturity, readiness, assurance, certification decisions, corrective action, surveillance, and continual improvement.

03

Certification record

An organizational certification record may include organization name, methodology, certification reference, scope, status, effective date, validity period, maturity level where applicable, assessed domains where applicable, and verification information. Private certification records should not be exposed without authorization.

04

ISO distinction

ISO publishes standards. InclusionScore, as the operating identity of WSMI, develops and administers WSM certification methodologies based on standards. Do not state that an organization is certified by ISO unless the issuing scheme actually supports that wording.

05

DISM distinction

ISO 30415 is an international standard. ISO 30415:DISM is a Workforce Service Management methodology administered by InclusionScore/WSMI to operationalize diversity and inclusion service management.
