InclusionScore / Partner operations

Choose an operating model before agreeing commercial terms.

Each model defines who originates the opportunity, who contracts and delivers, who controls quality, and who may make an independent certification decision.

Working arrangements

Five ways to collaborate

01

Referral

The partner identifies a suitable opportunity; InclusionScore qualifies, scopes, and delivers under a written referral agreement.

02

Reselling and distribution

The partner distributes specifically approved offerings under agreed territory, pricing, support, and brand terms.

03

Training and implementation

A qualified partner teaches or implements an approved method while InclusionScore retains program and certification governance.

04

Joint client engagement

Both parties agree scope, responsibilities, data access, client communications, and conflict safeguards before delivery.

05

Sector-specific partnership

The parties adapt delivery to a sector or geography without representing an adaptation as a new ISO requirement.

Delivery architecture

Clear roles protect the client

The parties agree scope, data handling, conflicts, brand use, commercial structure, approvals, and termination in writing. A consulting or delivery partner does not acquire independent audit or certification-decision authority through a commercial agreement alone.
