Place the verified qualification in Licenses & Certifications; use a mark only where the issuer permits it.
Human Resources Management Systems Professional (HRMSP)
Manage human work as measurable organizational services.
HRMSP is InclusionScore / WSMI's professional credential for practitioners who implement, manage, evaluate, and continually improve human resources management systems aligned with ISO 30201:2026. HRSM is the methodology, not the credential.
This practice pathway is published without a substitute seal. Use accurate text descriptions until approved artwork and holder-use terms are available.
One inclusion lens. Two managed work pathways.
These are WSM professional pathways. The standards inform the methods; they do not issue the designations or establish a hierarchy among ISO standards.
Human workforce services
Informed by ISO 30201AI and agentic workforce services
Informed by ISO/IEC 42001From qualification to useful work.
ISO 30201:2026 specifies the HR management-system requirements. ISO-30201:HRSM is InclusionScore / WSMI's implementation methodology; ISO-30201:HRMSP identifies the separate professional pathway.

Display Your Professional Credential
Approved HRMSP professional artwork has not been supplied. These examples show text placement only and do not establish a HRMSP award or mark right.
No approved HRMSP stamp, SVG, PDF, or PNG is available. We will not substitute a generic seal or offer a fabricated download.
Identify the holder by name and separate the qualification from client or company credentials.
Use the exact credential title and issuer; keep the mark secondary to contact information.
Describe the holder's role, service scope, and evidence-based deliverables without implying independent certification.
Keep the title legible at print size and use approved artwork only within its licensed scope.
Attribute the qualification to the individual; do not suggest the company or its clients are certified.
A professional mark identifies its authorized individual holder. It does not certify an employer, consulting company, client, product, or service, and does not authorize independent assurance or organizational certification. Public download is not permission to use it. The Foundations guideline separately requires written permission for its certification logo; request current approved artwork and terms from the issuing body using the contact on your award record.
Questions to settle before offering services
Practice, credential display, validation, and independent assurance are different permissions. Verify your own award and the engagement scope before making a public claim.
- What can I do with this qualification?
- Use HRSM as a field of practice within your competence. This page does not establish a HRMSP award, credential entitlement, or role appointment.
- What services can I offer clients?
- HR service mapping, employee lifecycle design, workforce service catalogs, recruiting and onboarding improvement, and human work measurement. Describe the engagement, competence, limitations, and deliverables accurately; consulting does not itself validate or certify the client.
- How do I advertise my qualification?
- Describe HRSM practice and actual experience. Do not claim a HRMSP credential or use post-nominal letters until the issuer publishes and confirms your award rights.
- Which letters and symbols can I display?
- No HRMSP letters or official professional mark are verified. Use a truthful practice description, not a credential symbol.
- How do I use InclusionScore to deliver services?
- With client permission, use the assessment platform to scope a current-state review, organize evidence, identify gaps, assign improvements, and revisit measures. Explore the Advisor pathway for program access; an account or consulting engagement does not confer validation rights.
- What additional authorization is needed to validate or audit?
- Formal program validation requires a documented Advisor/validator appointment and scope. Independent audit or assurance requires separate competence, impartiality, and appointment rules. Certification decisions belong to the authorized issuing function.
